As both a licensed therapist and trauma survivor, I blend evidence-based therapeutic approaches with deep personal understanding, creating a safe space where transformation becomes possible and generational patterns can finally be broken.

My Story & Approach

My journey with mental health began early in my teens in Greece (where I was born and raised), where I struggled with what I would later understand was Complex PTSD. Through my teens and into my late-20s, I navigated the often overwhelming waters of mental health challenges – addiction, relational issues, and suicidality. I intimately know what it’s like to be prescribed various medications, to feel misunderstood by the mental health system, and to search desperately for real answers.

This personal journey fueled my passion for psychology and understanding the human mind. Even as I battled my own demons, I pursued my education, earning a my Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology, Education, and Philosophy in Greece. I went on to complete my Master’s in Counseling Psychology and Psychotherapy at the American College of Greece, all while continuing my own healing work.

Now, as someone in active recovery from C-PTSD, I bring both professional expertise and deep personal understanding to our work together. My approach integrates evidence-based practices with the wisdom that only comes from lived experience.

My approach centers on you as a unique individual, integrating various therapeutic modalities to best serve your healing journey. At the core is person-centered therapy, where our therapeutic relationship provides a foundation of unconditional positive regard, empathy, and authenticity. From this secure base, I weave in powerful healing tools including parts work, hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation, and inner child work. You will also learn why the things we do work , from a brain-based perspective.

Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, I draw from my extensive training to meet you where you are in each moment. Whether you need to process trauma through IFS parts work, learn nervous system regulation tools through a polyvagal lens, or engage in gentle inner child healing, we’ll work together to find what resonates most deeply for you. This flexible, integrative approach allows us to address complex trauma and generational patterns while honoring your innate wisdom and capacity for healing.

Creating a space where every part of you is welcome and understood. When you come to therapy, you’ll find genuine acceptance of all your experiences, emotions, and coping strategies. I won’t pathologize your trauma responses or label your survival mechanisms as “disorders” because I’ve been on the receiving end of those labels myself. Whether you’re dealing with addiction, suicidal thoughts, intense emotions, or uncertainty about change – you won’t face judgment here. We’ll move at your pace, focusing on what you want to change, when you’re ready.
